5. Pricing Policy

Karvaa strives to provide accurate product information, competitive pricing, and a convenient shopping experience.

• Karvaa reserves the right to modify prices at its sole discretion.

• Pricing errors may occur despite our efforts to maintain accurate information.

• Karvaa reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in case of an obvious pricing or listing error.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to payment confirmation and any applicable terms or promotional conditions.

Partial COD for Orders Above ₹10,000

For orders above ₹10,000, a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment may apply.

Customers will be required to pay 15% of the total order value upfront, with the remaining 85% payable at the time of delivery.

Please note that the 15% upfront payment becomes non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

6. GST

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Karvaa website include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under applicable Indian tax laws.

The applicable tax amount may be reflected separately on the invoice.

7. Packaging

Packaging is generally provided according to the quantity of products included in an order.

Customers may request additional packaging boxes, subject to availability.

The following charges will apply for each additional box:

• Jewellery: ₹250 per additional box

• Bags: ₹500 per additional box

Once an additional packaging request has been placed and payment has been made:

• The request cannot be cancelled or modified.

• The additional packaging charge is non-refundable unless Karvaa is unable to fulfil the request.

• Availability of additional packaging is subject to Karvaa's discretion.

8. Modes of Payment

Payments for products purchased through the Karvaa website may be made using the payment methods made available at checkout, including:

• UPI

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• Net Banking

• Other payment methods supported by our authorised payment partners

• Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Online payments are processed through authorised payment gateways using security measures and standards applicable under relevant laws and regulations.

Karvaa does not directly store your complete credit/debit card details.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure secure transactions, Karvaa shall not be responsible for unauthorised access, data breaches, technical failures, or fraudulent transactions occurring through third-party payment gateways beyond our reasonable control.

9. Credit & Debit Card Transactions

If you choose to make a payment using a credit or debit card, you confirm that:

• The card details provided by you are accurate and complete.

• You are the lawful owner or authorised user of the card.

• The card is being used for a legitimate transaction.

• You will not use a card belonging to another person without proper authorisation.

Karvaa reserves the right to cancel or investigate any transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorised, or otherwise unlawful.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders, locations, products, and customers as determined by Karvaa and its logistics/payment partners.

Unless otherwise specified:

• COD is available for orders above ₹999 and below ₹10,000.

• Orders exceeding ₹9,999 may be required to be processed as prepaid.

• Orders below ₹1,000 may be required to be processed as prepaid.

• COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location and product.

• Karvaa reserves the right to disable or restrict COD for certain products, locations, customers, or orders.

If any specific brand or product is excluded from COD, the applicable restriction will be communicated at checkout or on the relevant product page.

11. Order Cancellation & Modification

Cancellation or modification requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been shipped.

Customers wishing to cancel or modify an order should contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at:

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be successful, particularly if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

12. Sales & Promotional Offers

All sales and promotional offers are subject to product availability and may remain active only while stocks last.

Karvaa reserves the right to:

• Start, extend, modify, suspend, or terminate a sale or promotional offer at any time.

• Add, remove, or modify products included in a sale.

• Change promotional prices or discounts.

• Introduce or withdraw promotional offers.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code may be used per order, unless otherwise expressly stated by Karvaa.

Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined on a single order.

Karvaa reserves the right to amend, add, remove, modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer or its terms at any time without prior notice.

Karvaa's decision regarding promotional offers shall be final, subject to applicable law.

13. Product Information & Availability

Karvaa makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between the product displayed on the website and the actual product due to:
